I'm a licensed home inspector — I work primarily with buyers' agents and their clients here in the Las Vegas valley. My job is to walk through a property top to bottom before closing and give the buyer a plain-English picture of what's there — the good, the not-so-good, and what actually needs attention. A lot of agents send me their clients because I make them look good — I'm thorough, I communicate fast, and I never kill a deal over something cosmetic.
